LACI has served over 250 clients since 2004.

Over the course of ten weeks, LACI teams of 5-6 members work with clients to determine a key scoping question that leads the primary and secondary research conducted. Based on the scope, each team establishes data-driven recommendations, key performance indicators, and performance implementation tools. Read more below.

 
 

Working Wardrobes

Spring 2023

Key Question:

How can LACI improve Working Wardrobes’ metrics and metric collection process to increase their grant success rate?


Our Role:

LACI helped Working Wardrobes identify the metrics, metric collection infrastructure, and data collection/analysis tools necessary to comprehensively quantify clients’ employment performance 60-90 days after finishing their program.


Sisu VR

Spring 2021

Key Question:

How can LACI help Sisu VR identify their target market segments and construct a user research strategy to best prepare for the customer acquisition process?

Our Role:

LACI built out an equation driven framework to evaluate and score industries based on their propensity to use a virtual reality product like SISU offers. The team also conducted focus group testing on the product demo to provide recommendations for what features to A/B test in further product development.
